Please allow 5-7 business days for your Tot Tote to arrive.

Monogram orders will take 3-5 days longer.

We know you will love your Tot Tote!  However, if you are unhappy for any reason simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.   If you keep your Tot Tote but it doesn’t function properly or breaks within the first year, we will replace or fix it at no charge!

 Also, please contact us at info@thetottote.com with your reason for return and your contact information.

MONOGRAMMED, SALE,  OR CUSTOMIZED TOT TOTES CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.  But if for any reason your Tot Tote isn’t working properly, we can fix them per the policy above for the first year, as needed.
